A blend of “alternative” red varieties, “Piggy” is the cloudy color of fresh picked red apple skins, or—ahem—a well scrubbed pig. There's power and structure here reminiscent of a more classic, serious bubbles, with the crunch, vim and vigour of something more playful, evoking strawberries and cherries topped with a dollop of fresh cream.
