Old vine Grenache Noir and Carignan (may have some Cabernet & Syrah). Fermented in stainless steel tanks and a portion of the is aged in oak barrel for 3-4 months prior to bottling.
Tasting Note: Aromas of cherry and red berry with hints of licorice and spices on the nose. Medium weight, fleshy, and juicy red & black fruit on the palate, balanced acidity, fine tannin, and a hint of smoke on the finish.
