Domaine Jean-Yves Millaire produces wines that offer a true expression of terroir thanks to growing techniques involving no herbicides, fungicides, insecticides or any other synthetic pesticides. Harvest is done by hand and vinification occurs in concrete and oak tanks with indigenous yeasts. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Loupiot means "little wolf" in old French and is colloquially used for "little child."
Light straw colour. Expressive nose of white fruits and flowers. More white fruit on the palate with lemon confit and notes of sage. Fine minerality and a slightly saline finish.
