There’s a mix of bush vines and trellised plants with an average age of 40 years. The younger vines have been propagated by massale selection from the old vines in an effort to maintain diversity and select the best plant material available. Handpicked, this is partial whole cluster and fermented and raised entirely in tank with a very gentle extraction and long (4 week) maceration, adding the fine, firm structure here.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePerfumed plum, crushed purple florals, scented with scrubby wild herbs and framed with fine, lithe tannins, taking this to a stony finish.
